This storm has left homes destroyed, cities without power, coastline areas evacuated, transportation systems shut down, and people uncertain about their future living situations. Jellyfish Health serves numerous customers in this area, and we want to assure you our thoughts are with you.
As power is restored and your facilities begin to open back up, please know we will be there with you to get systems back online. If you have had a catastrophic loss and need assistance getting the system implemented in a new location, our support staff is committed to providing whatever assistance you need. We know you serve your communities with much-needed healthcare services and that those services must be restored as soon as possible. You can count on us to be there to help get you operational again.
The vast area affected by this storm is also home to Jellyfish Health and many of our employees. These brave employees are dealing with the destructive aftermath in their own lives as well as the lives of their families, friends, neighbors, and communities. We’d like to recognize these courageous team members during this natural disaster. In addition to the damage sustained by our team members, Jellyfish Health’s corporate headquarters was also damaged. But like our namesake, we tend to just go with the flow and are already reestablishing operations in a new facility that was not impacted by the storm. Please be patient with us this week as we relocate facilities and get operations back up to speed. Our support and implementation infrastructure is still intact; be assured we are here for you every hour of the day, every day of the year—even during a hurricane!
