Responsibilities

The Software Implementation Consultant is responsible for the implementation of Jellyfish Health’s software solutions and for helping establish successful relationships with our new clients. Attention to detail is critical, along with the ability to articulate solution capabilities into business benefits for our clients and prospects.

  • Plans, coordinates and implements software implementation projects using industry best practices and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Manages a work breakdown structure, develops process flow charts, performs and documents software test plans for concurrent projects across multiple clients.
  • Assists clinical users, management staff and IT leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects; helps manage expectations of users and management.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements and provides analysis, proposes change strategies, and communicates proposed strategies appropriately.
  • Expected to take a consultative approach with stakeholders while presenting information that is both presentable and organized.
  • Performs user training and assists clinical users during software go-live to ensure successful adoption of new software.
  • Manages client relationships to develop strong partnerships and client loyalty.

Required Skills

  • A bachelor’s degree or previous software implementation experience in a health care setting. PMP certification preferred.
  • Ability to work fast in a growing, fast-paced company.
  • Must be able to work independently yet be a strong team player.
  • Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups including healthcare executives, clinical managers and staff.
  • Candidate must have exceptional project management skills with the ability to identify process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, communication and presentation skills.
  • The position includes on-call, and nights/weekend responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken English.
  • This is a remote worker position – looking for a candidate located in the New York City area and a candidate in the Tampa/Orlando/Lakeland/Sarasota area. Must be able to travel as necessary (estimated up to 80%).

Responsibilities

Plans, directs, and coordinates the selling of Jellyfish Health products to outpatient clinics in accordance with budgeted objectives and to obtain maximum profitability and volume in relation to pre-set standards.

  • Promotes and sells Jellyfish Health products.
  • Relationship builder that educates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and positive impact Jellyfish Health products can have on their practice.
  • Schedules product evaluations with appropriate personnel in outpatient clinic settings.
  • May assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or other industry group meetings.
  • Keeps regional manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis.
  • Champions the resolution of product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion.
  • May assist in the training and development of sales personnel.

Required Skills

  • Expert negotiator working at the C-Suite level – able to routinely negotiate price and transaction terms between Jellyfish Health and its clients.
