Product Manager

How many times have you shown up to your doctor’s appointment 15 minutes early, only to sit in the waiting room for over an hour? All the while you are wondering: when is it my turn? Role Details:

Position Title: Product Manager

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Full time/40 hours per week


Role Summary & Objective:

The Product Manager is responsible for the product strategy, product management and the market success of Jellyfish Health product offering. This person is a key contributor to achieving the company’s near term and long-term objectives. The Product Manager works closely with all members of the Jellyfish team to deliver product solutions that will be highly successful in the marketplace.

This Position will be based in Panama City, FL.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the product roadmap and product lifecycle of all Jellyfish Health products

  • Performs market research, market validation, and whitespace analysis to identify new opportunities for existing and new products

  • Fosters close relationships with key market constituents to validate Jellyfish Health’s product strategy and roadmap

  • Develops detailed business case for proposed products and initiatives including cost/benefit estimates, market trends, competitive analysis, risk analysis, industry best practices, and product development timelines

  • Planning, prioritizing and managing the product features and requirements from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize revenue and meet operational, financial and corporate objectives

  • Collaborating with the CSO, CTO, CEO, COO and Engineering teams to ensure consistent execution of product plans that result in product delivery on time, on budget

  • Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure go-to-market strategies, plans and activities are aligned with the company’s business drivers

  • Defining goals and success metrics for the product management function

Client Implementation Project Manager

Responsibilities:

 

The Client Implementation Project Manager is responsible for the overall successful implementation of Jellyfish Health’s software solutions and for helping to establish successful relationships with our new clients. Attention to detail is critical, along with the ability to articulate solution capabilities into business benefits for our clients and prospects.

  • Develop a work breakdown structure and process flow charts for concurrent projects across multiple clients.
  • Delegate project tasks across internal and client resources to ensure project objectives are satisfied.
  • Collaborate with and influence clinical users, management staff and IT leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects; helps manage expectations of users and management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provides analysis, proposes change strategies, and communicates proposed strategies appropriately.
  • Expected to take a consultative approach with stakeholders while presenting information that is both presentable and organized.
  • Perform user training and assist clinical users during software go-live to ensure successful adoption of new software.
  • Manage client relationships to develop strong partnerships and client loyalty. 

Required skills:

  •  Previous software implementation experience in a health care setting.  PMP certification strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience building project plans and work breakdown structures.
  • Ability to work fast in a growing, fast-paced company.
  • Must be able to work independently yet be a strong team player.
  • Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups including healthcare executives, clinical managers and staff.
  • Candidate must have exceptional project management skills with the ability to identify process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Clinical Analyst

ROLE DETAILS:

 

Position Title: Clinical Analyst

Department: Implementation

Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work: Full time / 40 hours per week

 

ROLE SUMMARY

 

The Clinical Analyst is responsible for the collection and documentation of clinical processes from our clients and utilizing knowledge of Jellyfish system capabilities to propose and influence the implementation of effective solutions. Attention to detail is critical, along with the ability to articulate solution capabilities into business benefits for our clients and prospects.    

 

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

 

  •  Assesses functionality, feasibility, impact to workflow, and compliance to standards.
  • Develops process flow charts
  • Performs and documents software test plans for concurrent projects across multiple clients.
  • Assists clinical users, management staff and IT leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects; helps manage expectations of users and management.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements and provides analysis, proposes change strategies, and communicates proposed strategies appropriately.
  • Expected to take a consultative approach with stakeholders while presenting information that is both presentable and organized.
  • Performs user training and assists clinical users during software go-live to ensure successful adoption of new software.
  • Manages client relationships to develop strong partnerships and client loyalty.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

 

  • A bachelor’s degree or previous clinical experience in a health care setting.
  • Ability to work fast in a growing, fast-paced company.
  • Must be able to work independently yet be a strong team player.
  • Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups including healthcare executives, clinical managers and staff.
  • Candidate must have exceptional project management skills with the ability to identify process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, communication and presentation skills.
  • The position includes on-call, and nights/weekend responsibilities.
  • Must be able to travel as necessary (up to 80% at times but typically 50%).
