Role Summary & Objective:

The Product Manager is responsible for the product strategy, product management and the market success of Jellyfish Health product offering. This person is a key contributor to achieving the company’s near term and long-term objectives. The Product Manager works closely with all members of the Jellyfish team to deliver product solutions that will be highly successful in the marketplace. This Position will be based in Panama City, FL.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs market research, market validation, and whitespace analysis to identify new opportunities for existing and new products
  • Fosters close relationships with key market constituents to validate Jellyfish Health’s product strategy and roadmap
  • Develops detailed business case for proposed products and initiatives including cost/benefit estimates, market trends, competitive analysis, risk analysis, industry best practices, and product development timelines
  • Planning, prioritizing and managing the product features and requirements from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize revenue and meet operational, financial and corporate objectives
  • Collaborating with the CSO, CTO, CEO, COO and Engineering teams to ensure consistent execution of product plans that result in product delivery on time, on budget

Integration Analyst

ROLE DETAILS:

Position Title: Integration Analyst
Department: Implementation

ROLE SUMMARY

Responsible for analysis, design, development, validation testing, support and maintenance of application integration interfaces and infrastructure supporting mission-critical clinical and business processes for a healthcare software organization.  Also responsible for exhibiting professional client relations. This position will be based in Panama City, FL.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Work closely with clinical business analysts and systems engineers to understand and provide feedback on complex functional requirements, identify gaps and technical limitations, propose solutions and workarounds and formalize solutions in technical design documents, followed by coding unit and regression testing.
  • Provide support for existing interfaces and the development of outbound/bidirectional HL7 interfaces and integration solutions.
  • Build integration solutions using Object Oriented programming languages (i.e. C#, Java, etc.)
  • Complete required implementation and validation checklists and documentation for new interfaces and upgrades.
  • Review current infrastructure to ensure that company goals are being met.
  • Interact with internal teams, partner companies, new/existing customers, and third-party system vendors.
  • Provide customer support and technical issue resolution relating to system interfaces with Mirth software.
  • Make recommendations for improvement in processes.
  • Identify issues and concerns and communicate them to leadership. Develop options and recommendations to quickly resolve operational problems and questions and minimize impact on end-user productivity and overall impact to organizations.
  • Act as technical escalation point for Application Analyst and other teams on interface and database issues.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Extensive understanding of HL7 messaging standards and message structure, enterprise level interface integration platforms (i.e. Mirth Connect) and expertise in building complex event based real time interfaces.
  • Expert knowledge of information messaging standards (I.e. HL7/FHIR and middleware principles and concepts (i.e. APIs, REST, SOAP, Web Services, etc.).
  • Knowledge of HL7 message structure (i.e. ADT, SIU, ORM, ORU, etc.).
  • Expertise using and operationally supporting enterprise level interface engine platforms (i.e. Mirth Connect).
  • Experience building complex event based real time interfaces with multiple connections.
  • Demonstrated experience with 3G object-oriented programming language principals (i.e. C#, Java, C++, etc.).
  • Development experience with .NET or J2EE development frameworks.
  • Understanding and usage of source control for software development.
  • Understanding and implementation of the Software Development Life Cycle principles and concepts, including change management.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in software testing (unit, regression), including planning and execution.
  • Must be skilled in common algorithms and data structures, database concepts and design, SQL queries.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into software designs and solutions.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in troubleshooting application problems/issues.
  • Understanding of clinical workflows and clinical and administrative systems and participating in information exchange (i.e. through messaging or file transfer).
  • Basic understanding of database concepts and working knowledge of the ways to interact with databases.
  • Experience with variety of different interface engines, particularly MIRTH and clear understanding of integration technics required to integrate with EMR technologies.
  • Some level of experience with Java, XML, SQL, C++, Perl, Visual Basic, Visio, MS Project, MS Office Suite
  • Demonstrate strong communication and human relationship skills
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities and strong time management skills.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Demonstrated knowledge of relation database design.
  • Proficiency in Structure Query Language (SQL) and related data access languages (i.e. executing SQL, stored procedures, views, indexes and table creation).

Security Compliance and Assurance Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is familiar with HIPAA security and privacy rule and can work in support of Information Security compliance requirements and company risk tolerance. This role ensures that adequate and effective security processes, controls, and lifecycles are followed and aligned to deliver compliance with security policy and regulatory requirements.  You will assist the CISO with creating and executing strategies to improve reliability and security within organization, including maintaining and updating security compliance and assurance program, establishing appropriate assessments, managing and tracking risk mitigation and remediation activities, and communicating compliance and assurance program results to Senior Management.
